This requires us to position the organization strategically to best respond to the critical needs of (students, patrons, clients, patients, children, etc.).
As with all mission statements, it should be:
- Clear
- Concise
- Compelling
Avoid language that is confusing or generic. The statement should be to-the-point and easy to understand. Too often, mission statements attempt to describe everything the organization does.
